Key Responsibilities:
Manage shop floor operations, daily production schedules, and assign tasks to line operators.
Monitor output quality at regular intervals and record in specified formats.
Guide workers, track attendance, and handle shift handovers.
Troubleshoot minor machine errors and coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.
Involve in and ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods (FG) as per plan.
Enforce safety gear compliance and maintain shop floor cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in conductor manufacturing.
Skills: Solid leadership, basic machine troubleshooting, and shift reporting.
Work Style: Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices.
Experience in wire, cable, or conductor manufacturing industries.
Basic computer skills for daily production reporting (MS Excel/ERP).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
