Job Description*:
Manage and lead a telesales team of 20–30 members along with 2–3 Team Leaders
Drive team productivity, lead generation, and sales performance
Plan and execute BTL activities, campaigns, and brand promotions
Monitor daily operations and ensure targets
Recruit, train, and motivate team members
Handle reporting, backend operations, and performance tracking
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader role
Candidate must be from insurance sector
Overall 3–6 years experience in Sales
Robust leadership and communication skills
Graduate preferred
