Position: Production Engineer
Industry: CT / PT / Transformer Manufacturing
Location : Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd(Por GIDC)
Experience: 0–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities for CT, PT/VT, and transformer manufacturing.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Testing, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, work instructions, and process standards.
Supervise shop-floor activities and manpower allocation.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores to avoid production delays.
Identify production problems, bottlenecks, and process deviations and take corrective action.
Ensure proper assembly, wiring, insulation, core, winding, and other manufacturing processes as applicable to CT/PT/transformer products.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, and production records.
Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, and machine utilization.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production tools, machines, and equipment.




Coordinate with the QC and Testing teams to resolve quality and testing issues.
Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce rejection and rework.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of electrical manufacturing and production processes.
Basic understanding of CT, PT/VT, and transformer construction.
Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and shop-floor management.
Basic knowledge of quality control and problem-solving techniques.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering, or
Diploma – Electrical Engineering

Experience
0–2 years in electrical manufacturing/production preferred.
Freshers with valuable technical knowledge of CT, PT, transformers, and electrical manufacturing can also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
