Job Role: IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Work Experience: Fresher (1 Years)

Location: Surat (Sarthana Jakatnaka)

Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.
Screen, shortlist, and validate resumes as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
