We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration and visa services.
Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Convert leads into potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the visa counseling and sales team when required.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Immigration/visa industry experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication skills are also welcome.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
