Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams. The candidate should be willing to travel frequently across India for operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Plan and monitor movement of goods and ensure timely delivery.
Handle operational issues and implement quick and effective solutions.
Visit client locations, warehouses, and operational sites across India.
Monitor vehicle movement, transportation schedules, and delivery status.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Manage and monitor operational teams to ensure effective performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors,



and service providers.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics/transportation operations.
Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
Robust communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational responsibilities.
