Position: Senior Meta Ads Expert
Experience: 1–2+ Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, ad copies, and creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements




1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, retargeting, and scaling.
Experience in managing multiple client campaigns is preferred.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with performance targets and budgets.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
