Skilzon Careers LLP is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business prospects, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Develop partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and training organizations.
Promote Skilzon's IT training programs, internships, corporate training, and certification courses.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate business proposals and close sales successfully.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Coordinate with Sales,



Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Technology Services, Software Sales, or Corporate Sales is preferred.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented with strong sales acumen.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, or similar) is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
