About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns, generating leads/sales, analyzing performance, and improving ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective use of ad spend.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy,
audiences, and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
Analyze data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and other marketing tools.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and best practices in Meta and Google advertising.
