Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust presentation and convincing abilities.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
