Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate manpower planning and departmental hiring requirements.
Maintain all HR documentation and MIS reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
