Candidates with prior experience in Insurance or BFSI (minimum 1 year) will be preferred
Salary for experienced candidates may be offered up to ₹18,000 per month based on profile and performance
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Respond to client queries promptly and maintain proactive communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate customer issues to the concerned team or higher authorities whenever required to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting assigned targets and responsibilities.
Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Patient, qualified, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
