We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, maintaining nursing standards, and ensuring smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patient vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂ etc.).
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and reports.
Assist doctors during procedures,
emergency care and patient examinations.
Perform wound dressing, catheter care and other nursing procedures.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
Observe patients’ conditions and immediately report any changes.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and attendants.
Maintain proper documentation and shift handover reports.
Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines and ethical standards.
