Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Identify recent customers, market opportunities, and business expansion possibilities.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Monitor sales performance against targets and initiate improvement actions.
Production Planning & Order Management
Prepare production planning schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments for smooth order execution.
Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Optimize production capacity utilization and material availability.
Ensure proper planning for manpower, machine loading, and dispatch schedules.
Customer Coordination
Act as the primary contact for customer communication related to delivery, quality, and commercial matters.
Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for timely corrective action closure.
Ensure customer requirements are properly communicated internally.
Maintain customer satisfaction and feedback monitoring.




Marketing Activities
Develop marketing plans and promotional activities for business growth.
Conduct market analysis and competitor studies.
Support branding, customer visits, exhibitions, and business presentations.
Maintain marketing records and customer database.
ISO 9001:2015 System Compliance
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements related to customer communication, planning, and operational control.
Monitor KPI performance related to sales, delivery, customer complaints, and planning effectiveness.
Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and management review meetings.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and documented information.
Coordination & Team Management
Coordinate effectively with all internal departments for achieving organizational objectives.
Guide and support team members for target achievement and process compliance.
Conduct periodic review meetings and follow-up actions.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
