Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, managing large budgets, and delivering robust ROI for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns for real estate projects
Manage large advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and optimize accordingly
Develop advanced targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management
Key Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
Experience in handling high-budget campaigns
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in real estate lead generation (preferred)
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and ROI
Prior experience in real estate or lead-driven industry preferred
