Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to improve product experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design.
Robust portfolio demonstrating product design work across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile or product-driven settings.
Knowledge of interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
