Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have practical experience in purchase and sales accounting, invoice processing, purchase order management, E-Way Bill generation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices accurately.
Verify purchase bills with Purchase Orders (POs) and GRNs, where applicable.
Create, track, and maintain Purchase Orders.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills for inward and outward shipments as per GST requirements.
Record purchase and sales transactions in accounting software.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, POs, delivery challans, and financial records.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth transaction processing.
Assist with GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of purchase and sales accounting.
Knowledge of invoice processing and purchase order management.
Valuable knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill procedures.
Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification & Experience
B.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill generation, and basic accounting principles.

Languages

English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
