Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals for UG and PG programs based on their academic and career goals.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospective students into enrollments.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation.
Provide a positive and qualified counselling experience throughout the admission journey.
Preferred Candidate Profile
10–12 months or more of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Sales.
Must have hands-on experience counselling students for UG and PG programs.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Must know at least one South Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven workplace.
Good knowledge of CRM and basic computer applications.
Candidates from EdTech, Higher Education, Online Education, or Study/Admissions Counselling backgrounds are preferred.
