Manage end-to-end accounting operations across multiple retail locations.
Prepare and analyze Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports for management review.
Develop and maintain detailed MIS Reports, dashboards, profitability analysis, budget variance reports, and business performance trackers.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, and Consultants.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial controls.
Support accounting setup and operational implementation for all upcoming store launches.
Monitor store-wise expenses, inventory accounting, and financial performance.
Travel regularly across retail outlets in West Bengal and the Dhanbad office for audits, reviews, and process improvements.
Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
