Job Description: Production Executive (Night Shifts)

Location: Ajmer-Jaipur Expressway, next to Mahindra Tractors, Mahlan (close to Bagru), Jaipur, Rajasthan

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive to oversee night shift operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain strict quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor production activities during the night shift.
Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality,



and workplace policies.

Requirements
Education: Graduate, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production workplace.
Industry Preference: Experience in the Stone/Quartz/Tile processing industry is preferred.
Shift Preference: Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
Technical Skills: Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Soft Skills: Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
