Job Responsibilities
Deliver products/orders safely and on time to customers.
Collect and verify orders before delivery.
Handle cash or digital payments when required.
Maintain proper delivery records and documents.
Communicate politely with customers and provide positive service.
Follow the assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
Take care of the delivery vehicle and report any issues.
Coordinate with the office/team regarding order status and delivery updates.
Requirements
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Own bike/scooter must
Basic knowledge of the local area.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Punctual, responsible and reliable.
Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
