Job responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally over inbound or outbound calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Record customer interactions accurately in the company system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Meet process quality, attendance and productivity requirements.
Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Eligibility
Undergraduates and graduates may apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages
Malayalam
Basic English communication skills are required.
Candidates must clear the company’s communication assessment with the required score.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a six-day working week.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
