Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns and online platforms.
Research potential clients.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
Prepare business proposals independently.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close prospects.
Maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain CRM/Excel records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills

B2B sales understanding.
MS Office proficiency.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management or related field.
MBA (Marketing/HR) is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
