Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closures
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Handle audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control across outlets
Develop and implement financial policies and controls
Lead and mentor the accounts team

Requirements
CA / MBA Finance / B.Com (with strong experience)
5–10+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in F&B;, retail, or multi-outlet business
Solid knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools
Leadership and team management skills
