Job Description – Store Management Executive

Position: Store Management Executive

Location: Guwahati

Experience: 1–3 years in Store Management / Warehouse / Retail Operations

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock receiving, storage, issuance, and movement.
Handle inwarding of current stock and verify quantity, product condition, and supporting documents.
Check received shipments against invoices/challans and report any damaged, short, or missing items.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock tagging and documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock counts, inventory audits, and cycle counts.
Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
Maintain proper records of stock transfers, returns, damaged goods, and adjustments.
Operate billing, inventory, POS, or ERP software such as SAP, Tally, LOGIC ERP, Zoho, or similar systems.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of inventory within the store.




Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for smooth stock movement.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inventory and store-related reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control processes.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of inventory and store management.
Experience in stock inwarding, GRN, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.
Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP/POS systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store activities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in retail stores, electronics, FMCG, grocery, fashion, warehouse, or inventory operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
