What you'll do:
Reply to enquiries — quick, warm, human
Share quotes and follow up till the client decides
Send order and dispatch updates
Coordinate with the kitchen so promises are kept
Respond to reviews and feedback
Keep every conversation logged
What we look for: Natural, friendly writing in English (Hindi/Gujarati a plus). Quick without sounding rushed. Calm with an upset customer. Where this role goes depends on you.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
