Job Title: Order & Dispatch Operations Executive

Job Overview
The Order & Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing the complete order coordination process after a product is purchased through Shopify. The role involves coordinating with the dispatch and tracking teams, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to the end customer.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and process customer orders received through Shopify.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order processing and shipment.
Coordinate with the tracking/logistics team to monitor shipment status.
Track orders from dispatch until final delivery to the customer.
Follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered shipments and coordinate for resolution.
Communicate order and delivery updates to customers through email and messaging platforms.
Draft professional emails for order confirmations, delivery updates, delays, and other customer communication.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches,



tracking details, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Ability to draft skilled emails.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Shopify and Interakt experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
Prior experience in order management, e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or customer support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
