Explain fragrance profiles, product features and perks.
Conduct product demonstrations and fragrance trials.
Achieve daily, monthly and store-level sales targets.
Promote recent launches, offers and key products.
Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure products are properly stocked.
Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Coordinate with the store team and report sales/customer feedback to the supervisor.
Follow company grooming, attendance and sales standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
