Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end student application and admission processing for overseas universities.
Prepare, verify, and submit university applications and supporting documents.
Coordinate visa application and documentation processes.
Ensure applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
Follow up with universities, students, and relevant stakeholders regarding application status.
Maintain proper records and regularly update students on their application progress.
Identify and resolve documentation or application-related issues promptly.
Work closely with the counselling and sales team to ensure smooth student conversion and processing.
Achieve monthly targets/KPIs set by management.
Maintain high accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the processing cycle.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Study Abroad Processing / Overseas Education.




Good knowledge of university applications, admissions, and visa documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Basic computer proficiency and good documentation skills.
Knowledge of major study destinations such as UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and other countries will be an advantage.
