Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital marketing, brokers, and other sources.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available inventory.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
Convert prospects into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.




Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, finance teams, and legal/documentation teams.
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused attitude.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
Previous experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, or business development is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
