Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in a manufacturing unit producing chocolates and chocolate-based products. The candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, manpower, quality, productivity, and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities and production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production lines.
Monitor production processes, machinery, and raw material usage.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage.
Maintain daily production records, reports, and MIS.
Monitor wastage, yield,



productivity, and material consumption.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of chocolate and chocolate-based products.
Train and guide production workers on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and work practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
5–6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the food/FMCG/chocolate manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
