Key Responsibilities:
Understand and explain insurance and financial products to customers.
Identify potential customers through personal and skilled networks.
Generate business and support customers in selecting suitable insurance solutions.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Participate in business development and networking activities.
Recruit and build a team of advisors where applicable.
Guide, motivate and support team members.
Coordinate team activities and support achievement of business objectives.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers and prospects.
Attend training and develop knowledge of insurance and financial products.

Pay: ₹9,509.69 - ₹49,894.47 per month
