Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee concrete production, delivery, and site operations. The candidate will coordinate with project teams, monitor concrete quality, manage site activities, and ensure timely execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Ready Mix Concrete operations at site.
Monitor concrete pouring activities and quality standards.
Coordinate with batching plant, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in RMC, construction, or site supervision preferred.
Knowledge of concrete mix designs and quality control.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
