Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Nadakkavu, Kozhikode, Kerala
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on courses, career prospects, and academic pathways.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Target-oriented with a student-centric approach.
Preferred Experience
Experience in academic counseling, admissions, customer service, telesales, or EdTech is an advantage.
