We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage all digital marketing operations, drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and deliver measurable results for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing campaigns
Drive lead generation and student enrollment targets through performance marketing
Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team




Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI

Required Skills
MBA in Marketing / Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
