Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for shipment clearance.
Address client queries and provide timely updates on the shipment process.
Documentation Management
Ensure all necessary documents are collected from customers for shipment clearance.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
Follow-up & Communication
Proactively follow up with customers through voice calls and emails.
Provide transparent and concise information regarding the status of shipments.
Reporting & Updates
Update the Team Leader on the progress of customer communications and shipment status.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation




Graduation in any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts).

Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Freshers are required/eligible.
