Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage online marketplace operations and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product listings, inventory, pricing, sales analysis and team coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces.
Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing and product information.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the relevant teams to maintain stock availability.
Track marketplace orders and ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze marketplace data to identify sales and growth opportunities.
Plan and implement activities to improve online sales performance.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, customer support and logistics teams.
Monitor marketplace policies and ensure listings follow platform requirements.
Lead and support the e-commerce team in achieving business objectives.
Resolve marketplace-related operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations.
Practical experience managing multiple online marketplace accounts.
Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, pricing and inventory.
Comfortable working with sales reports and marketplace data.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.
Experience in handling or guiding a small team will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or similar platforms will be preferred.
