Cognowiz is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and qualified networks.
Recruit for roles including software developers, data analysts, cloud engineers, QA professionals, and IT infrastructure specialists.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess technical qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Prepare job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Manage candidate communication, offer coordination, and follow-ups.




Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of software development, cloud, data, QA, and infrastructure roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
Strong candidate evaluation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,709.88 - ₹43,455.76 per month
