Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
Explain Royal Enfield products, offers, finance options and showroom services.
Follow up with sales leads and customer enquiries regularly.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales Consultants for lead conversion.




Contact customers for feedback and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
Maintain qualified communication with customers at all times.

Eligibility & Skills
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work with targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
