Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and support admissions initiatives. This role involves engaging with candidates, providing detailed information about programs, and contributing to enrollment goals. It is well-suited for individuals with solid communication skills and experience in education-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students and provide guidance on courses and programs

Support the achievement of enrollment goals through consistent follow-ups and engagement

Assist in lead generation activities and collaborate with the team to improve outreach efforts

Communicate program features, outcomes,



and benefits to help students make informed decisions

Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions progress

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in the education or training sector

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a performance-driven environment

Proficiency in English and at least one regional language

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
