Job Description – Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities
Generate recent business prospects and develop relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, project locations, plants, and client offices.
Visit project sites and plants to understand operational requirements and support business development activities.
Coordinate with RMC plants, construction sites, project teams, and plant personnel for marketing and client requirements.
Identify potential projects, clients, contractors, and upcoming infrastructure opportunities through field visits and market research.
Meet clients and conduct presentations regarding the company’s infrastructure projects and services.
Follow up with existing and potential clients for new business opportunities.
Collect market information, competitor details, project updates, and customer requirements from the field.
Coordinate with technical, project, plant, estimation, and management teams for client requirements and proposals.




Assist in preparing quotations, company profiles, project presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, project opportunities, and field activities.
Prepare regular field visit and marketing reports/MIS for management.
Travel to different project locations and plants as required for business development and client coordination.

Required Skills
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Solid field-work and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites and plants.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
Knowledge of construction/infrastructure projects and RMC plants will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, BBA, or relevant graduation.
Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing/Business Development, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, RMC, or plant sector.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
