Job Summary

Responsible for smooth execution of advertising campaigns and technical operations across assigned railway stations/assets, ensuring timely maintenance, issue resolution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely execution and monitoring of all assigned campaigns and assets.
Handle installation, maintenance, AMC, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
Monitor audio, LED screens, and other assets to ensure quality and proper functioning.
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly and minimize downtime.
Capture and submit campaign photos, videos, and audio recordings as per guidelines.
Maintain daily logs, campaign reports, inspection reports, and required documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Central Operations, railway authorities, station staff, and other stakeholders.




Take ownership of the assigned territory and ensure smooth station-level operations.
Maintain attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
CCNA, Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, field operations, maintenance, or project implementation.
Valuable troubleshooting, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
