Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding BankEdge courses and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course features, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Resolve student queries professionally and promptly.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
