Position: Greeter / Guest Relations Executive

Job Purpose

To create a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression for every customer entering the jewellery showroom and ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers entering the showroom with a warm and skilled attitude.
Understand the customer’s purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate Retail Sales Officer (RSO) or showroom team member.
Manage customer entry, waiting, and seating arrangements.
Maintain a skilled and premium showroom experience at the entrance and reception area.
Coordinate with RSOs to ensure customers are attended to promptly.
Monitor customer movement and ensure no customer is left unattended.
Handle basic customer queries regarding showroom facilities, appointments, offers, billing, exchange, services, etc., and direct complex queries to the appropriate team.
Manage customer appointments and VIP/customer visits.
Support customer flow during peak hours, weekends, and festive periods.
Maintain records/trackers related to customer visits, appointments,



and enquiries where required.
Coordinate with the showroom manager and security team when necessary.
Ensure customer concerns are escalated promptly and professionally.
Support customer engagement activities and showroom events.
Maintain excellent grooming, body language, communication, and etiquette at all times.
Follow all showroom SOPs, security protocols, customer-service standards, and brand guidelines.

Desired Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.
Good English and Hindi communication; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
Confident, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with premium/luxury customers.
Robust observation and coordination skills.
Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain trackers.
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, hotels, airlines, premium banking, or front-office roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
