What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience in operations/site/centre management.
Experience in pet boarding, daycare, veterinary, hospitality, retail, salon or another service business is preferred.
Solid people-management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills ( English and Hindi)
Comfortable managing a team of frontline employees.
Positive customer-service orientation.
Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
Comfortable working around pets.
High ownership, integrity and accountability.
