Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets and prepare MIS reports.
Track team-wise, territory-wise and individual sales achievements, identifying performance gaps.
Maintain and monitor CRM updates, sales pipelines, customer visits and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales Managers and other departments to ensure smooth order and sales execution.
Prepare accurate sales dashboards, performance reports and management review reports.
Track pending orders, quotations, collections and other key sales activities.
Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MIS reporting, CRM, data analysis, coordination and robust follow-up skills; 5–8 years’ experience in Sales Operations/MIS preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
