Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
Prepare production plans and meet production targets.
Handle manpower planning, shifts, productivity, and workforce discipline.
Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and operational costs.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Management teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and production processes.
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Preferred: Candidates with FMCG/Food Manufacturing experience.
Experience: 5–10+ years, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
