About the Role

VRN INC. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Project Advisor to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, a professional personality, and the ability to drive sales through effective follow-ups and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop recent leads through various channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Conduct property and project site visits for potential clients.
Present and explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Follow up with leads and effectively handle client queries.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.




Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
2–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel.
Presentable, professional, and confident personality.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
