Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience:
7–8 years of proven experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities to achieve targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and material.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies on the shop floor.
Manage and train production staff to improve efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and minimum downtime.
Skills Required:
Solid leadership and team-handling skills
Knowledge of production planning & control (PPC)
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
