We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to handle contract documentation, bill preparation, quantity calculation, and project estimation.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing and checking contractor bills and verifying quantities as per site measurements.
Should have positive knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, and construction materials.
Ability to read drawings and use MS Excel is preferred.
Candidates with minimum 5 years experience in construction or real estate will be an added advantage.
